Seventh and Midtown was new construction in downtown Atlanta, comprised of 21 condominiums. Cabinetry installation for all 21 units, including kitchens, wet bars, master and guest baths, closets was included. Total time to complete all 21 units was 12 weeks. Pedini cabinetry is amongst the highest quality cabinetry on the market, and these condos spared no expense. The uppers are connected through metal framing in the walls and hung on brackets, while the base cabinets have adjustable legs to help with leveling. All of the bathrooms used floating cabinets, which made for an interesting and challenging installation. In the end the units looked amazing and all of them sold before work was completed.
